EDUCATION
Jacqueline Duarte is the Project Manager at Point of Difference Strategies, where she leads client communications, legislative research, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Prior to joining Point of Difference Strategies, Jacqueline was the Chief of Staff for an Illinois State Representative. Throughout her time working for the representative, Jacqueline acted as a liaison between government offices and state agencies to provide support to the representative and her constituency. Simultaneously, Jacqueline successfully managed the representative’s campaign. Before serving as Chief of Staff, she was the representative’s scheduler, overseeing the daily operations of the district office.
Jacqueline graduated from Roosevelt University where she received her B.A. in political science and earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in paralegal studies from the University’s ABA-Approved Paralegal Studies Program.
